Hi guys,
I am a silent member of this thread.My case falls in MI-2 cat.
Last month I got an e mail from SGVO to update proof of my relative in canada.
My docs have been recieved by CHC officer.
My question is how long i wil get MR or further communication from SGVO?
Anyone can share an opinion.

dear forum members
i applied in october 2011 (received CIC on 28 oct 2011)
CIO sent AOR on January 17, 2012 and mentioned they ll send my doc to visa office (SVO)
but i have n't heard anything from SVO whether they have received my application, reviewed, start process or not.
should i write them to know my application current status?
need ur valuable advice

28 oct 2011 January 17, 2012 should've got 2nd AOR by now, I think u'll get them by this month. if not, then u need to communicate with the VO. |

chima i received an email as well asking for same docs.. my ecas have not changed as well. when did u pass the update they asked. has it been more than 2 weeks already? |

mse77 ur file is now in sg office and since u were not received ur aor( second mail) maybe they sent it but it got lost in the mail...... u can actually asked for it.. just email the singapore visa office that until now u have not receive your acknowlegement.... but if u can open ur file in ecas means it is received by visa office alr.... to have pace of mind just ask for it to be sent or attched to you in email... good luck |

Dear Chima, My timeline is almost similar to you and still in 'Received by Visa Office' status. I have ordered GCMS/CAIPS and surprisingly noticed that, though CIC mentioned in Client File that, I have relative in Canada, they did not awarded me adaptability points for that. They even did not count points for my spouse's education. But I have submitted all the required documents. They have also misspelled the name of my daughter. I informed SVGO several times regarding these facts but yet to receive any response from them! I do not know if it causes the delay for my file to be processed further, as the mistake is done by CIC, Nova Scotia and SVGO may keep my file pending until the discrepancies (File note and calculated points) by CIC, Nova Scotia are solved. I am lucky in one aspect that, despite not awarding 10 points for adaptability, I got the passmark. Please informed us any update of you. Thanks. Rakib. |
