Hi Bros.

I need your advise for the following:

I have applied in July 2011 , and got my file transfered to Singapore VO , NOC 0631 restaurant manager
in my application i have submitted my official college scripts, which is 1 year college diploma which i have studied in Australia . Also i have put a copy of a Non accredited university degree  distance learning in hospitality management , i wrote them a letter that this degree is not accredited and i have just put a copy to verify that i have studied something similar to what am working , and i mentioned that am not claiming point for this non accrdited degree.

Also iclaimed 5 points as my brother is  canadian PR living in Canada.

Today i got my CAIPS notes ,
in the calclulations they have not issued any points for my brother in Canada ,
and they have considered my 2 years non accredited degree as 25 points . and they didnot mention anything about my Australian college degree .

at the bottom of the notes written: Singapore VO to verify the Priciple applicant 2 years BA degree .

Shall i write them a letter to notify them about the two erros: 1st am not claiming any point for this un accredited degree at all , second: they have by mistake forgot to include my brothers points?

Did you submit copy of your brother's PR card, driver's license, income tax return, notice of assessment (latest), birth certificate, parents marriage certificate & nikahnama showing parentage and employment letter with pay slip? These documents are required to prove relationship. Best of luck.

Victoria Day in Canada is not a Government Holiday, missions of Canada around the world will work in full swing on Victoria Day.

I was wondering how you became VIP member in Canadavisa forum with poor knowledge about Canada. Please learn more about Canada before coming here. FYI- Victoria Day is a statutory holiday in Canada. Thanks!

There is a lot of talk going on regarding making Bank Draft, suggest you goto Karwan bazar branch just opposite of Star Hotel and it takes around 15 minutes as there are very less rush in that particular branch.

That post was solely meant of Holiday by CHC in Singapore. These days, Statutory holiday of such kind ( unlike Canada Day which is widely observed and everything stay completely closed both in Canada and abroad) is rarely observed in Canada and its missions across the globe. in my 2 visits in 2011 to Canada( Montreal and Vancouver) I saw full working motions during the so called Victoria day.

In Apr'10, Pharmacist was not eligible to apply as Pharmacist. Pls let me know his NOC, if possible.
