Arif bhai, i sent my copy of mrp, page of old pp that has ref to new pp no. n cover letter after completing medical. Better to send them an early notification.

Thanks Samedhaka.

I have another issue. I got PPR, medical and RPRF at the same time. However, I did not able to send our pp because my wife did not able to complete her XRay because of her pregnancy. Later we send all docs of our new born baby and VO requested my wife and baby's medical. We have already sent all required. Now should I wait for VO's further instruction or send our passports that were requested earlier. When VO sent my new born baby's medical request they also included the receipts of all RPRF fee which they only do when finalize everything. Should I send them an enquiry at this time?

can u tell us about it more , when how u need to aply for this, and benefit of it.

Hi Teaspoon,

Say, you applied for Canadian Passport (After staying Canada for 3 years after your PR and your citizenship application is being approved), and it is issued to you. Now you need to have "no visa requirement" seal from Bangladeshi embassy (in Canada) for two reasons:

1. Inform Bangladeshi Foreign Ministry that, you have another passport.
2. If, for any reason, you want to use Canadian passport to enter Bangladesh from any other countries, there will be no problem to cross Bangladeshi Immigration desk.

How to obtain:

Fill up an application form, bank draft a predefined application fee and send all these documents with both of your passports (Bangladeshi and Canadian) and a return envelop (with your Canadian home address on it) by Canadian post or go to Bangladeshi embassy personally. Inshallah, It will take around one week.

arif bhai, it's better to send them a general enquiry email about PPR. Also mention that u've got new MRP. I guess they'll send another ppr request for all 3 of u. Still u ask them n clarify.

azaman,

No Problem. all Passports are meant to be expired at a certain time.
Get a new one. Send both the old and the new one when they'd ask for PPR.

OLd skilled worker applecants Petition

Dear Minister,
We write to you hoping you would resurrect our faith in Canada. It was with the conviction of this faith that we submitted our application to immigrate to Canada. We are applicants in the skilled worker category who've been waiting for years for a simple determination on our application, suspending all planning and foregoing of numerous life opportunities because Canada might call onto us to come. Throughout these years, it has become increasingly difficult if not impossible to believe in the fairness of Canada any more.
It didn't start out this way. We believed we were endeavoring to immigrate to a land whose people and government were fair and its administration of affairs efficient and compassionate. Instead, your administration of the process has shown a lack of compassion and understanding of immigration and immigrants, their humanity, dignity, their aspirations, hopes and dreams. We are constantly heartbroken with a system that appears indifferent to the consequences of its unfairness and disregard of basic norms of human decency.
From where we stand and what we observe, you keep changing the rules of immigration mid-stream, process applications out of order, keep advertising and accepting skilled worker applications in the very same categories for which thousands of applications are already pending. You keep applicants waiting for years allegedly for background checks. While older applicants have to endure sometimes years for their background checks to conclude, the newer applicants effortlessly pass this hurdle in a matter of few months.
You shift and shuffle around the applications from embassy to embassy allegedly for “expediting the process,” only to go ahead and send medicals out of order. From where we stand, the shuffling has not led to any efficiency or expediency in the process. Rather it has led only to longer delays as evident by your own published timelines, which continue to stretch into the future every time we have checked the website .
Mr. Minister, please, for the sake of Canada and the Canadians, respect the concept of a queue. If you want the best for Canada, start with yourself and your organization. It is very simple. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. It is disrespectful to those who've been patiently waiting their turn to observe others simply bypass the line and go through.
Finally, we hope this letter would persuade you to take a moment in your day and meditate on what it is like to be in our position. We hope you would make good on your original promise of processing applicants on a first-come-first-served basis. We hope you would provide more transparency and accurate information on where our applications stand, so we may have an idea to plan our lives.

Signed and respectfully submitted on behalf of old applicants in the skilled worker category.

~Immigration Canada is not an orphanage system where Professionals and professions obsolete now are welcomed.
~Canada has changed a lot since the recession started in 2007.
~People those applied then would be unemployed now if granted their visas. jobs have moved to China, Africa and other countries.
~Unemployment rate has shot up over 10%.
~It would be realistic if aspirant applicants could re-educate themselves with the professions Canada currently needs such as in the sectors of Energy, Petroleum, High Tech etc.
