Hi Osti,
So far as I know, if the VO is not happy with your English efficiency only then they call for an interview for satisfying themselves with your English skills, you are staying in Singapore, I don't think you need to be worried.

Not really. I am not with you, sorry zhkjoy. The visa office might call you only if there is any ambiguity from their side whether in case of documents, relationship and so on. Newly married couples are most commonly faced interviews. A good presentation of documents might save anyone from interview calls.

Hi Osti,

Stay positive and honest, they won't disturb you or try to make you confused. Hope they are friendly and you will help them to understand if they have have any ambiguity. Best of luck!!

Hi Deba,
It may happen, but i don't have any information regarding on this, besides me a lot of people who doesn't face that interview part including me, some of them are already got the visa, some of them are waiting for the visa, one of them (SVO) landed safely in Canada. May be they call those who didn't submit all documents complete.

debu,

it took around 3 months to get MR for someone in this forum after he had sent his updated documents

hasan_bd,

Did your Ecas reach IN PROCESS with a date before it reached "In Process" & "Decision Made" ?
Address disappearance has nothing to do with Ecas, no one has yet been able to reach into any decision about this phenomonon. DM is always a matter of great fear. does clicking on DM says anything like this: A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision  ??
I'd tell you to wait for any letter from them , wait for a month and then if nothing comes , order CAIPS/GCMS. letter of rejection usually comes in 4-5 weeks.

Something like this in your Ecas will surely bring a Refusal for you.

We received your application for permanent residence on February XX, XXXX.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on Avril X, XXXX. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the ND office. They are pending review.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on Janvier XX, XXXX.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

osti,

They have doubts about your documents, they want you personally to appear on an interview and demonstrate the genuinenness of those documents. They might have secretly conducted investigation about any information you had provided to them and found some flaws. it is going to be an hour or more long interview.

zhkjoy,

incomplete documents submission would follow a letter for submittting additional documents, not an interview call.

Its okay if you bring the docs they have just asked only. However, no problem if you take additional important docs. Don't worry about your IELTS copy as you sent them the original one.

I suppose, they will talk about your job related issues. Carry all original job related matter with you. Hope you can convince. All the best, my friend.

On top of national goals, specific visa issuance targets are given to visa processing centers in each geographic region. Overall, these centers are expected to issue a greater number of immigration documents. In the Africa/Middle East region, large increases are planned for the Federal Skilled Worker program. Specific increases in parent/grandparent visas issued from the Damascus office are also expected to occur. In the Asia/Pacific region, overall immigration goals are planned for all but one visa office, with parent/grandparent visas more than doubling. Europe and the Americas will see similar changes. Particularly large increases are planned across the board for the Mexico City and Havana offices.

"IP" is the first time in my ecas status, and all you mention in "DM " is written as same. So far i do recall "AR" and "DM" together and same text found almost 8+ pre june applicant in this forum, Among them 3 of us got such status now. So what could be the outcome? whats going on...

Hasan bhai, don't worry. I believe it to be system glitch. Many applicants get such status before and recovered their status afterwards automatically. However, you can throw a query to the Visa office, they won't mind.

To All my fellow applicants who are sharing the same timeline like me and didn't receive their Document Update Request Yet... I don't know if it will help you or not ..

Recently I sent an inquiry to the VO regarding the document update request letter ... and they replied me :

At this moment, we do not require anything from you.

If you have changed your mailing address, you have to inform us immediately.

We trust this information will be of assistance.

Sincerely,
