Dear deba,
Don't get me wrong. It was I who informed him about the return of my friend's application, and instead of thanking me for warning him beforehand regarding the fate of his application, he offended me and  being very rude with me.
Deba, you even asked me how come I be so sure that his application is coming back due to cap reach? Well, I was 100% sure, and I hope now, u have no doubt at all.
Regarding beef burger, as I am hindu just like u, I don't eat beef. And it is considered offensive if someone offer beef to a hindu. But FSWCIO intentionally did that just to hurt my feelings.

I had in my memory but did not notice his offer ..beef burger. He should not do this. I am pleased with you as you did not offer him pig/snakes burger.....lolz.  At the same time, I would like to request you to be relaxed. If anybody asks you to eat something, it's not a matter. The matter is that you actually don't eat, that's it.
Nobody takes easily any negative/failure message from other send. This is human nature. What actually happened at that period, I guess, he was so rude because of your negative words though you were true. Whatever the scenario, we are here to be a community, to help each other, not to attack anyone either personally or communally. If anybody does so, s/he might get shame to hear/see generosity from others.
I did not defend you at that time but told “Your approach could be different to show him the same thing, if you have a different view.” The thing is ATTITUDE. If you tried to say in other way, he might not get angry.
I am from Bangladesh. Yes, you are right, I am a Hindu. But I never feel so in this forum. We have friends from Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and from all over the world. Nobody thinks about nationality, religion.... We believe each other as friends, brothers and sisters.

The new visa target for 2012 is released, Singapore Visa Office obtained 1700 visa quota for federal skilled workers (FSW) immigrants. You can read the report from the following link:

This is a significant increase from 1100 in 2011 to 1700 in 2012, let's keep our fingers crossed!
