Dear Deba_Avik Bhai,

I am siletd reader of this forum since long time.

I  am 2007 applicant, I have a query to you,
Its too early to ask this question, Bcz.yet to rcv. the MR,
I count 4 points for my wife's Masters dsegree, But her opinion
if everything go smoothly & positively and we get visa then I will
fly first and then after few months she will join with me in Canda,
Is it possible, I mean If we both got the visa then I can fly alone first.

Pls. lets know.

definetely you can alone fly to Canada if you are the principle applicant. Rest of the family can join the Principle Applicant at anytime but within the year of the MR. another thing is, you'll have to show the whole POF at the point/port of entry regardless of the family members accompanying u.
e.g.
01. you have a family of 4
02. you fly first, have to show the POF for all of them (4)
03. other members can join u later and they need not to show POF

GCC means General criminality check/ police clearance certificate. I guess u (& your spouse) didn't submit your PCC for Bangladesh. can u score 67 points without point's from your uncle?

Many thanks for the clarification. You are right, we did not submit PCC as it was clearly indicated in the guidelines for MI2 applicants that PCC should not be submitted with initial application package.

Yes, I did get more than 67 points without receiving points for adaptability (my spouse's uncle + points for my spouse's education, which CIC did not calculate, might be a result of their mistake,as I submitted supporting documents for them).

Perfect mute_man.
Principal applicant must land first or along with other members. Other members can join later but cant land before principal applicant & all of them must land within 1 year from MR or passport expiry date which one comes first.

Regarding IELTS result, all must submit original IELTS result. Following instruction given :

Do not request that your language test result be sent directly to the Centralized Intake Office. Submit your original test result with your complete application.

Have Patience. INSALLAH, SGVO will start delivering MR for BD Applicant's in coming March to April. I am still waiting 8 months from In Process, though a MI-2 applicant.

Insha-Allah we all will get MR/PPR/RPRF by March/April 2012.
