Thanks a lot for your reply.Please share us with all your updates from SGVO contacts.This is very frustrating that they are misleading all our deserving necessary point.Is there any possible MR date on your GCMS report?

There are 'DUE DATE' designated for some actions. Medical due date (21-Feb-2012) was exactly one year from my PER date (21-Feb-2011). In 'MISSING ITEM' list, it is mentioned as 'BANGLADESH GCCx2 not rcvd'. I do not know what exactly it mean, but assume, it may be relavent to educational docs of my spouse and her uncle's documents, as in her file, it is mentioned that, her education is of master's level and she has relative in Canada but no points were given for it.
You better try to order a GCMS, it will take 4-5 weeks to get it. Sending email to SVGO may not work.
Just make sure, in case of validating your work experience from your employer/office by SVGO /CHC personnel,(If they go for it at all, though occur in very few random cases), they (CHC personnel)  are happy with it.

Dear forum members,
It's a long I did not post any.
Here is the story behind that.

See my time line at the left.
   In July 11, 2011 I found my address disappear and the status changed from RBVO to ‘In Process' and inside one line added “ we reviewed your application and started processing on 29 june,2011.
   I made a case specific enquiry on 18th july,2011- they did not reply.
   In October,2011 when all applicants who had the  same timeline receiving the MR request I started to make correspondence to them through email and fax in every week up to December 6,2011.
   On October 28,2011 I requested for GCMS.
   December 06,2011-I received a email with the information that they already sent the MR and other documents to me on 30th July 2011.
   I replied –I did not received such postal documents yet. and requested them to send the documents again.
   December 08,2011 –they replied through email that they already send the documents again to me.
   From December 08 to December 20,2011-I checked with the postman almost everyday even at GPO-  but did not received such post
   On December 18 2011- I received the GCMS notes- in that I found all the activities of the immigration officers up to 16 December 2011.

 December 20, 2011- I inform them that I did not receive the post  again.    (But in GCMS –don't have any record of 6th December, 2011).and I request them to send it thru email or to CHC Dhaka.they replied that will send to CHC Dhaka becoz they are unable to send thru email.

From December 20 ,2011 to January 30,2012. I went to CHC Dhaka 3 times for the documents. But no no and no.

Finally on January 30,2012 –I received a email with attachments some PDF files like MR/pcc/photos/rprf/12 months bank statements/pnws etc.

On February 06,2012 –we did the Medical.
Today  23, 2012- I sent all other documents request to SGVO.

Its very difficult to find out the information whether they are sending any documents or not which is very important.
Missing of such documents are treated as Bad Luck.
So keep touch with postal dept. and the poastman.[/color]

Several forms are available in the net for CAIPS note request as follows :

1) IMM5475 E issued December 2004
2) IMM5563 B issued January 2009
3) IMM5476 E issued July 2011
4) IMM 5563 E issued January 2012

So updated and correct form is IMM 5563 E which can be downloaded from the link :

While using any form please check at the bottom left corner the issue date is given (year - month) so you will know whether you are using an updated form old dated form.

Hello every one. My status got changed from RBVO to IP on 14th Feb. I want to know whether SGVO sent MR through GPO or DHL/FEDEx.
Plz help me in this regard.

GCC means General criminality check/ police clearance certificate. I guess u (& your spouse) didn't submit your PCC for Bangladesh. can u score 67 points without point's from your uncle?

Have Patience. INSALLAH, SGVO will start delivering MR for BD Applicant's in coming March to April. I am still waiting 8 months from In Process, though a MI-2 applicant.

Dear Deba_Avik Bhai,

I am siletd reader of this forum since long time.

I  am 2007 applicant, I have a query to you,
Its too early to ask this question, Bcz.yet to rcv. the MR,
I count 4 points for my wife's Masters dsegree, But her opinion
if everything go smoothly & positively and we get visa then I will
fly first and then after few months she will join with me in Canda,
Is it possible, I mean If we both got the visa then I can fly alone first.

Pls. lets know.

Bro, you got status update, its a very good news! Congrats!!! Think positive, stay positive, Do positive. Without this stage, your cannot hope to get MR. I hope and pray you will get MR soon!!!
