Dear Kochi,
I am also in RBVO, still. Over 8 months in RBVO. mchowdhury and canadal0ve have recently seen missing address information in their ecas. They are also RBVO like us. So I am hopeful for them and for other MI-2 applicants like us. I guess we have to wait more, even just to get In Process. Then Allah knows how much longer after that. I liked what you said - 'Wait.............' 

Ruhul, hope2011,Probir, Ziglar, casayed and others of MI2 waiting in RBVO : Is there anything going on? Is your application 'In Process'? Please share.

My dear friends,
I am also in the same category and probably one of the 'post-matured' hotovaga whose application was received by CIC on 3-Nov-2010, PER on 21-Feb-2011 and RBVO since 24-March-2011. I still do not find any reason for not making any progress of my file. I frequently visit this forum, but mostly in silent mode. Do not get frustrated. Think of your alternate plan as we could not make any difference by any means regarding our case status. In the meantime, you may also try for admission in Canada so that, if granted PR status and selected for study program,  you may be able to apply for study loan/bursary.

my brother and sister in law are going to apply under FSW category. my sis in law is a general physician and will be the principle applicant and they have a child. acually i am inspiring them to apply under FSW and assisting them to fill up there form. but i am confused whether she should send forms like:
•Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] 
•Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562]
•Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada [IMM 5604]
•Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409]
•Use of a Representative [IMM 5476]
my another question is which form(s) should be filled up both my brother and sis in law?

•Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP]---Not applicable since applicant doesn't have more than 5 children, don't send this form
•Supplementary Information - Your travels [IMM 5562] ----Only PA
•Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada [IMM 5604]--not applicable: don't send this form
•Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409] ------Not applicable: don't send this form
•Use of a Representative [IMM 5476]---not applicable, don't send this form

•Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada [IMM 5604] --- Not required as they are not separated/ divorced
•Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409]---- Not required
•Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] --- Not required as you are not using any consultant

Have you got any news from VO? Long eight months waiting in same stage RBVO. How will be wait for further news from VO? Is it in track? I am post june applicant. I saw few forum members in process status in direct that means no RBVO but they applied July-2011. Wait..................

Still waiting over 8 months after SGVO AOR.-------. VO replied that please wait to hear from us. The people who applied after june 2011, may be first step of VO  is  "IN PROCESS" .( Like RBVO) Don't be worried. We are in the Track. Thanks.

Just take a look the Qorax Opinion regarding IELTS Score,

Generally speaking any score lesser than 6 or 6.5 in the IELTS is Dangerous. VOs do get perturbed with that & might look at it adversely. That's your situation currently.

Yes, those letters of your prospective Canadian employer would help, but taking admission in another batch of IELTS is advisable. U may apply for it & send it's receipt copy alongwith that AEO Questionnaire - that'd be a wise thing to do.

orax if this is indeed the case then why do the CIO gives PER even for applicants with less than 6 ielts score.  I have got my PER in november but I have a score of 5.5. This is a concern really! So the VO is likely to overturn the decision of CIO in my case?

CIO doesn't "assess" our case...
They just check the completeness of the application & supporting docs & see if the NOC is correct - then issue PER/NER. It is the VO who performs anything & everything thereafter.

5.5 might not necessarily cause a rejection - but makes our case very weak, which could double-up as a detrimental tweak if the IO finds other issues.

well, according to my prediction, they should get it by tomorrow..not today
