Dear Hasib Bhai,
Sorry, Actually last time I quoted the wrong mail, You see in below mail Mr. Badal789 wrote that if we put query to VO then they would put the New serial Number which cause to more delay, Do you have any information like that, Would pls. reply., I think you can understand how tense I am due to this.
Thanks Jackdaw
As far I know Dr.Hasib not only emailed the vo but also did fax them twice and he got the visa in time/Faster among us.I think if u make logical query it wont b any problem. For example I didnt get my 2nd letter even after 8 month I emailed them they replied me but I didnt ask my status,I asked where my 2nd AOR is

Dear Valobasha, Immigration to Quebec is a bit harder than FSW category. Step1 : atfirst you need to Obtain a Quebec certificate of selection.following website can guide you: http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/index.html To get that certificate you need to send you application to Quebec immigration office in Paris,France since you are residing in England right now (applicants who are residing in BD right now, need to send their application to Hing Kong) Mailing address Québec Immigration Office in Paris Québec Government 87-89, rue La Boétie 75008 Paris FRANCEStep 2:Once you have got your Quebec certificate, you can apply for permanent residence in Canada. now, you need to submit your application to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia,Canada BR Dr.Hasib

Below information of NDVO may help our forum members:
The litigation is due to the confirmation from CHC, New Delhi that backloggers will not be processed in 2012 , now that 2011 has gone by. What other options do the backloggers have other than going to court for this kind of blatant violation of rules by the CIC. See the info below:
Canadian International Immigration Consultants Dear Ms ABCD: This is in reply to a batch of letters sent to my attention 10 April. Routine status inquires should not be sent to the IPM, per the understanding between CIC and the umbrella groups. Please use the "contact us" hotlink on our website, and please use e-mail for much greater speed. The letters dated 10 April reached me today. We are in the process of working with HQ to update processing information globally in this program. For New Delhi, our revised standard replies will provide information along the lines below. If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker prior to February 27, 2008, unfortunately your application will not be processed in 2011 or 2012. This is due to the fact that we have sufficient cases in process to meet our visa issuance targets. * We have received enough federal skilled worker applications since February 27, 2008 to reach our immigration levels for the next two years. Because they reflect Canada's current labour market needs, applications under the most recent set of ministerial instructions are processed on a priority basis. Therefore, few federal skilled worker applications received before February 27, 2008 will be processed this year or next. * The exception is the small number of cases where federal skilled worker applicants have received instructions on their medical examinations. These applicants should receive a final decision within 12 months of completing their medical examination. When processing resumes in New Delhi, the first cases in the queue are those received in Dec, 2003. Please advise your clients according. Sincerely, David Manicom, Minister and Immigration Program Manager Area Director, South Asia, Canadian High Commission, New Delhi Ministre et chef du programme d'Immigration Directeur de zone, Asie du sud Haut-Commissariat du Canada, New Delhi

Dear Member, I think it's a regular reply that they are providing now-a-days. Furthermore, we have to wait this year for both Pre-june & Post June applicants. New year will bring some good message for us. Thanks Robin
