When sending the medical report, which will indicate my wife's pregnancy, do i need to send any official documents (any certificates) or any explanatory documents (self written) to inform her pregnancy state?

telling them your wife is pregnant is enough, sending additional docs is not necessary
if your wife is pergnant your wife's X-ray exam will be put on hold untill your baby's delivery. after she gives birth to your baby, both mother and newborn will need to undergo medical exam.
by the way, what you need to do now is to send your application to CIO,Canada ASAP so that your application will fall into the Cap.
if your application is eligible for processing then CIO will forward your file to singapore visa office. if it's not eligible for processing then you will get rejected.
it's Singapore visa offcie that requests medical exam report at later date (it might take 6 months to 1 year to get your medical request)

arc_fahim,

you dont need to inform CIC about your wife's pregnancy. you need to inform them only when your child is born. if they get any doubt, they'd ask for a DNA test.

yeah, that online EG7 guide is erratic..however the PDF version of EG7 and CIC's contact us page shows 47-49 Dorchester Street and that's the new address of CIO  Cheesy
FYI, when we applied CIO's office address was 196 george street.

ummm...making us to be confused.
Thanks.

If any one inform VO after child birth of his wife then is it needed to send the new Passport of the new born or baby will be tagged with the mother's passport?
I like to know, what is the best way to info the VO after a child birth during the MI2 immi process (RBVO/IP)?

If your file is in process or RBVO you must immediately inform VO regarding your your new born. The new born must have separate passport,  s/he can't be tagged with the mother's passport. this is the thumb rule.

Hi all,
Is it ok if I go to Canada alone and my wife and kid join me later (say 1 month later)? Will there be any hassle when my family go there?

If you are principal applicant than no problem. But make sure your family will land within their visa validity time.
