If ppr arrives ( if ever !!) , can I do the necessary to-dos from foreign country?

I would appreciate your comments, if the visa officer mentioned that the documents appear genuine then there is still a chance for employment verification. NOW MY QUESTION IS, WHAT IS GCMS (GLOBAL CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM), HOW CAN I GET ACCESS TO IT, AND HOW CAN I SEE MY GCMS STATUS / REPORT?
