Dear Hasib Bhai,

Core of thanks for your reply.
Hope so will change e-case soon if not than what should I do next.
Sorry for disturbing you .

Rgds
there is nothing u can do other than waiting. it will take time to get the correct status on ecas since u r a pre june applicant(not in priority). according to CIC, current processing time of SGVO for pre june applicants is 16 months (processing time starts from the date of complete application received by SGVO). since you got 2nd AOR in Dec 2010, i guess you will need to wait till april 2012 to get some good news

From the very beginning he is creating this kind of nuisance.By the way what is his status? Has he ever got visa or will get visa? He is an old  applicant. We are his contemporary/ We got visa in 20o9 (September) and landed and even returned back but still he is barking as he was in the past. Don't ever listen to his barking....

Dear Forum members,

It has been noticed with tremendous awe that some of the applications are being rejected with ecas status "DM" specially for the pre-june applicants. My spouse is a pre-june applicant and his ecas status is showing "In process" since last couple of months. Even though we have receive d 1st AOR and 2nd AOR, we may receive that piercing cut with sharp end knife saying "DM". Therefore we are planning that I may stand as principal applicant for another NOC, since my spouse's NOC is not in the demand list.

But I am not sure if my spouse's position (as principal applicant) does contradict with my eligibility? That is, am I eligibility to be a prinicpal applicant while any decision on my spouse has not made till today? Dear members, I look forward to your insights and comments. Let me share that I can score also 67 points now.

Please suggest me........

they already said it is pending , then why u r so worried? do not depends on the ecas , coz it  is not reflecting appropriately now a days !

Teaspoon,

you can't say this for sure. classical beat's case might be a discrete one.
system flaws can't usually take place for 4-5 persons. only time can say.

Canada is currently struggling to deal with a backlog of immigration applications.

The backlog of immigration applications is hurting Canada's reputation as a top immigration destination for skilled migrants. In some cases people are choosing Australia as an alternative immigration destination.

Immigration Minister Jason Kenney said that the situation was a "huge problem". He has spoken frequently about the need to streamline the application process and get the backlog under control.

How can you say mine is the discrete one .. didn't u see a lot of people e-mailed them regarding the DM status and got reply from cic that their case status is  pending review . The exact reply I got when I inquire .. So its a system flaw. Ya there r some exception that some people got rejection after their e-cas goes to DM but things to be noticed that they are not from the same timeline as ours.. They submitted their full documents before us .

Can you share your timeline dear ? If your e-cas is showing In Process then why are you afraid of getting rejection ? Of-course Some of the application were rejected with e-cas DM but there was reason behind it . The immigration dept. didn't reject them because of their DM case status . lol ........ Your e-cas is not DM yet so why worried of getting rejection? Don't you have faith in urself ? Be positive !!!

Dear Seniors,

I am new in this thread and have made up mind to apply for Canada immigration in NOC Code 4152. But I am not much sure if I do qualify for this NOC since I have obtained my Honors and Masters in Literature and I have 4 years work experience in NGO sector. Still grappling on the issue of my eligibility....

Look forward to your valuable comments pls

Classical_beat,

I have never seen CHC's replied " A visa officer has reached a decision; 'rejection' about your case and a letter has been sent to you" . they dont reply about rejection in email. let them wait to see what comes for them.

missed this in my last post.
