Hi, I was wondering if there has been any progress in ur case. I am also a vienna application, 2007. Docs submitted in August 2009 and since then no news. I did the same like u... sent around 8 emails and no answer. Let me know if something comes up.

My Visa Office is Newyork, i had applied in FSW3 category
Applied for PR in Sep 2009
Application is "In Process" from Jun 16tt 2010
Waiting for medicals  Sad

hey, thanx for posting!

wow, that's a year and a half now that you've been waiting! what does e-cas show - in process? and if so, since when? it would really be beyond belief if you hadn't gone 'in process' by now...

it really is unfair what they're doing with pre-2008 applicants... we applied when they'd cut down the list of occupations that makes it possible to apply for fsw down to 30-something so they will probably be processing our files differently in terms of timeframe.

i will let everyone know what happens. best of luck!
