I am creating this thread to discuss experience of all AINP nominees who recieved letter from CIC.
Please, discuss what steps you took, timelines etc. I will request the discussion to be only related
to this case where applicants have recieved this letter and the future process. Thanks in
advance for cooperating :) Good luck every body !

God bless...

Dear Applicant,

This refers to your application for PR in Canada.

We have recieved a Provincial Certificate of Nomination which names you as their nominee.

In order to allow your application to be processed under the Provincial Nominee program without paying
additional fees, we require the following :

    1. A written indication as to whether you want to be considered under the PNP program and

    2. Updated application forms : Generic IMM008, Schedule 1, Schedule 4 and Schedule 1 for your spouse and
dependents over 18 yrs (if applicable). See application forms attached.

    3. A written indication as to whether you want to continue with your application in FSW category.

If you wish to continue in both categories your files will be processed concurrently. Note new processing
fees will be required in order to continue with your application in the Provincial Nominee Class. See the fee
     schedule attached.

Please, respond within the next 60 days. If we do not recieve these documents, we will continue to process
    your application the FSW category.

Posting cchabert's timelines from other thread. Any body else who got this letter ?

Ok This is what happened to me :

1.- Apply under FSW by lawyer on June 2008
2.- Received AOR on October 2008
3.- Apply to AINP my self on October 2008
4.- Got nomination on January 2009
5.- CIC send letter to my lawyer on January 2009 asking that if I want to continue with AINP and FSW I need to send another $1500, or withdraw any of two and not send more $$.  (Of course I cancel my FSW)
6.- Got my FBI report yesterday, just waiting to another month of bank statement (April 6) to summit the whole package of AINP to CIC.
7.- Because I have a AOR I think they will ask quickly for medicals, cros my 20 fingers  ;-)

friends I have cancelled my lawyer and informed change in address by emailing Buffalo...

I had already faxed and mailed the required documents but not sure if they have seen
it before asking me to send it again in their response below.  but i have still gone ahead
and emailed them scanned copies of all required docs... keeping fingers crossed...

"We have yet to receive a response to the letter that we sent to you requesting that you
advise us if you intend to pursue a Federal Skilled Worker application or a Provincial Nominee
application. Please send in a written statement advising us of your decision immediately.

Your address has been updated and a note has been placed in your file indicating that you have
canceled your representative and will be sending us an updated forms."
