Dear All,

There is very less news about AEO cases & their status.

Anyone who applied, pls mention the status here for all to benefit.
My own timeline is as follows:

I also applied under AEO but mistakely my advocate have sent my full Docs Directly to CHC New Delhi, which they have received on 20th of April-09. Since then I did not heard from their side nor received any AOR. My advocate is saying that he will contend them to consider the file. I am worried.

What should I do, don't no?

i applied with all the documents and AEO to CHC in Feb2009 ( as at that time you can apply to CHC directly if u have AEO)  got AOR in April 2009 after that no reply on line status shows in process from feb 2009.

Dear Ash_1967,

Ask ur lawyer to contact CHC, I guess. I am not sure CHC will go out of their way to consider ur file just because ur lawyer requests them!!

Get ur act fast,,thats my suggestion,
Best wishes

Hi Guys,

We can also mention the profession under which we have our AEO's for.

This way we can have better understanding of cases which are even more alike.

Thanks
S.
