Why do you want to get out of Toronto? I am hoping to get as much info on Saskatoon as well.

Temperature remain below -2C from October till April, that's 7 months of the year; with worst winter being when minimum temperature falls below -19C in December, January and February. Refer: http://www.weather.com/weather/wxclimatology/monthly/graph/CAXX0442

brrrrrr cold. thanks for the update. I guess the cold weather is part of the "Canadian Package", something we could not avoid and must be prepared...

more Saskatoon info please....
