Alberta vs. Saskatchewan PNP

Hi everyone.

I would like to immigrate to one of these two provinces,I'm still searching under which category i'd like to apply (have not got a job offer,and I would like to get a job as a sales clerk,house cleaner or similar job if I could ever get there; I don't have extensive job experience either so I don't know if getting there is even possible for me).

However i do want to apply to a PNP program of these two provinces. Can anyone provide any information about living conditions,job market,etc and then pros and cons of the two PNP programs? That is,which one is more immigrant-friendly,quicker,more organized, etc.
