Experts,

I have some questions regarding this program. I am currently working in a consulting company from Jan 2009. But I do not have a job now.

So for this program, can I use the experience letters for the companies that I worked before. I can get current pay stubs, I hope that should not be a problem.

Also I just wanted to make sure we need to police reports for the CIC stage and not for the first stage.

Are reference letters necessary? If so how many are required. I am not sure if the companies I worked will give reference letters in Company letter heads.

Please let me know.

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Actually I am in H1 and in USA since Jan 2006. So I think that part is fine.

Reference letters contain just that I worked with this company from this date to this date mentioning the job responsibilities. Am I right? If so can I give the one I worked before(from Jan 2006 till May 2007) or the last company is necessary?

Thanks.

ainp might/will ask you for a current paystub 3-4 months down the line, and you should be able to provide it.

Either u r in first term of H1 or second term of H1 or else its transfer or anything u need to present the previous employer reference letters and  the present employer reference letter as well... bcoz it shows employer name on the H1 I-797.
If u  have Reference letters with letter head it is good otherwise something is better than nothing , Take a new reference letter from your new employer for so & so period.
