Alberta PNP - processing steps

Hi,

I applied for PNP Alberta on 31st March under the H1B Stream. What are the further steps, when will I hear from them ?
If you can let me know the various stages I have to go through before actually getting the PR(with approximate time frames if possible)

Do nothing and wait till you hear from them after about 4-5 months as of now, with the file number. After you get your file number you can start collecting PCCs, but have all the PCC forms printed and finger printed, if you want. After atleast 2 months of receiving the file number, as of current timeline, you can apply for state and international PCCs.
