It's confusing where to get started for applying Alberts PNP Programme. Is there a link/form that i need to submit for pre-assement or make a call to Alberta provincial office.

Thanks Leon. I am able to complete the form, but the form is read only and does not allow me to save a copy. This could be a really a dumb question, but how do I end up sending out a email.

Then you either print it out and scan it in again or you download a thing like cute pdf writer, see http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp or similar and print out your filled in PDF form to a PDF file you can email.
