Hi Forum ,

I am Working in US from last 2 years on H1B visa as a Software Engineer.
I am planning to apply for Alberta PNP H1B immigration.

I checked the documents required during interview.Like Original transcripts in University sealed envelope.

> I Have original transcripts with me,but I don't have them in sealed Univ envelope
> Also exp/reference letter from previous employer is another glitch.

So I need a trip to India, and need to get all required documents before I can apply?

Does anybody faced same problem? Please share/advise.

thanks in advance.

About the reference letters, you need the ones from your current employer in the US, and about the transcripts in sealed envelope I don;t think any body comment on that in the forum, I don't have them in seal envelope I have them in original paper, I made a notarized translation and that's what I send.

check this post it's long but have more info about Alberta H1B program.

Cheers

Hi RDRDX,

I am in the same boat as you, can you send me the link that shows the necessary documents that we need to submit for the application.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Thanks.
