1. 3-6 months for nomination and 5-8 months for CIC to finalize your application. Total 8-14 months.
2. No
3. Yes, as of February 19, 2009.

Good luck,

Hi All,
Please tell me if we have to send only current employer letter or the previous exp. letters also ?? along with AINP 009 form

If I sent current pay stub, current job offer letter and couple of references from my immediate boss and previous boss (current company) will it be sufficient?

Do we need to send any credentials (eg. degree ,...)  related to spouse ??

Also when we should start taking Security Clearance (PCC) from home country, Federal and State police ? please share any information you guys have

Thanks for your time

At the time of sending AINP 009 form to Alberta, we have to send certified copies of passport,I797,Degrees.... how we have to get it certified, is it notory public or something else???

I have enquired abt Notory public but could not find something for free, they are charging $5 per signature/verification Huh

thanks guys...

good luck to all
