Do all the Police certificates have to be from within 3 months ? Or just the current country of residence has to be 3 months.

Thats a good question..... Even i have the same question....... What is the point of expiring the Home country PCC, if you are still in USA?

Actually thinking, you need latest clearances from the country you are currently living in. Other places where you lived before, it should be obtained after the period you lived there. This is what it should be logically. But then doest work that way always. I am trying to find this information from CIC. I have sent them an email. If anyone has this confirmed, please share on the forum.

AOR for principal applicant and spouse

I was wondering that we will be getting two different letter mentioning my AOR  and my spouse AOR or else we will be getting only one package with one letter mentioning about both AORs.

Thanks

Hi
I got one question,My check got cashed, does this mean that my application is accepted by visa office or else is there any chance that my application will return back

Thanks

as far as i know, your application probably looked good for the preliminary check. if it were missing something, they would have returned the application and requested changes/additional documentation.

I do not know. If I had to guess, I would say that you have to send your application to CIC before your nomination expires, which you did. You should be fine.

I had sent my application to Buffalo on April 7th. Delivered to CIC on April 8th. I had sent Money Gram MO for $465.00 (x2).
Just checked the status of the MO. It was presented for cashing on April 21st.
Unlike satyac which was cashed in 6 days ( April 2nd to April 8th) mine took 13 days  ( April 8th to April 21st).

Why is there a time difference if only preliminary check is being done?
