Thanks james

This time send them two finger print sheet one from Private finger printing agency and one from police official. Even if they are still not satisfied then get a lawyer and sue the FBI for playing with your fingerprints and emotions.

I am having a hard time matching the exact photo requirements. The local walgreens and walmart can only do a 2 by 2 inches.
I finally got a set taken at Sears, but I found that the width is 3 mm (32 mm wide) too narrow. Do you think it is a high chance it might be rejected?
The other option might be to shell out a bunch and get it done by a professional photographer.

Venky321,
Go to the nearest AAA location, they can get the photos you require.

Thanks bendjoe, I've FBI PCC right now but do not have state PCC. Should I send the package to CIC without state PCC now and apply for state PCC and send it later? Pls share your views. is each State PCC also required in addition to FBI card? Yes if u lived there for min of 6 months.
