Hi,

my family is trying to immigrate through the PNP program in Alberta. skilled worker class B, and employer driven. i noticed that there is no guidelines/checklists for those applying for PNP within Canada; they all seem to assume that everyone is applying out of the country. hence i could not get any checklist/guidelines. do we have to send in the application to the mother country? or can we do it within Canada?

-what are the required documents (police certificate, birth certificate, etc?)
-where do we send the documents?

i could not find any info from the cic webpage. if you have any links to the guidelines, please let me know. thank you.

hello
check out this link http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrate/employerdriven.html
to my knowledge is if you reach one complete year working in canada you have the option to choose whether cic in your home country or outside canada like cic buffalo, that is for PR processing
but for AINP nomination it should be done here in canada since your are here
right now im still waiting for my ainp nomination. i started my ainp application march '09
hope this help!
