Dear friends
As always, need your advise. I have purchased tickets for me and family. The query is regarding our name on ticket. Our passports has 'surname' in the first line and 'given name' in the second line. (This differs from country to country). I have purchased the ticket. For e.g. Tom (surname) Jerry (given name) and the ticket is issued as Tom Jerry.  The airlines now say it should have been booked the other way 'Jerry Tom' and advise me to make the changes by paying service fee. Is this that much important? Will have problem in departing airport and toronto airport when full name is printed as per my passport.
