I applied in April 2010 and got a letter from AINP in March 2010 stating that they have received my docs.According to AINP website timeline they will send a file number after at least 5 months from the date of receiving of application but now its more than 6 months no reply from AINP  ...Please share your experiences |

I apply through pnp family stream on aug 2010 & got file number jan 15 2011
Any body help me wht is the next step how much time they take to give LOA

This is not correct. My self has got the visa. Also I know of people in Philipine and India who got visa under this program. |

i submitted the application for my relative in july 2010.
In august, i received letter stating they received my application.
In Dec. 2010, i got the file number.
yes, i also know a few people have landed in Canada through this program.
from what i heard, the speed depends on your qualification, your sponsor's background, your age, your specialty and the quality of your application material etc.
wantedhas, have you received the file number now?

after that, no news till now.... =(

i think the policy won't change or the current application process won't speed up till the election is held.
it will be rather quiet for these couple months. hopefully they can speed up the process after the election.
