well, you have to have a formal job offer from canadian employer... then you need to file your case through skilled worker stream

btw, if you have formal job offer (HRDC letter etc.), you can apply through federal.. it will be faster..
also when did you applied for family stream? did you have file number... if you applied in 2008 or early 2009 then your nomination should be arnd the corner...

I am a software engineer by profession and I have a file in process with AINP-Family Stream.Currently I am working in a Canadian company in Pakistan branch at Islamabad.Now the company has decided to transfer me to its Head Quarters in Calgary,Alberta,Canada.I have told them that I have a file in process with AINP.
