AINP-APPROVED,, NEED TO APPLY FOR WIFE PLZ HELP!!!

dear seniours & forum members,
today i got my AINP approved for me and my wife,now i plan to bring my wife from india,is that possible for visa approved. she already got 3 times rejection,1st time visitor visa, two times open work permit. reason was basis on in suffient tie for home country
now can try one more attempt it will be ok?. if apply this time what type of visa need to apply?. is it ok to get job offer from my company and include with my application?
plz help me i am seperate from my wife almost 2&half year, thank you,,, :

if you are ainp nominated jsut mention her as dependent on the cic application for PR. the visit visa rejection does not matter. though u hve to mention it in background declaration.
