AINP- what kind of question from officials

hello friends,i submit my AINP employer/skilled worker category as a cook last week, now i have a problem is my employer having lot of business ( shops,restaurents,gase stations etc,etc,,), he will come to my restaurent twice in a week but he dont know about his employees work responsibilities even some of us name too ( plz beleive it ),i already apply to my wife open work permit 3 times but it was rejected all times, now my only hope is AINP only. just i need some information when AINP officials calling to employer  which kind of questions they will ask? any ideas? any experience? if i have some idea then i can clearly tell to my employer it will more help for me and others too!! plz i am waiting for reply!!! thank you very much for your kind attention!!
