Hi,

I had used my AINP nomination(in place of LMO) to extend my work permit after my original permit expired. I was in my 90 day(restore or leave canada) period.
Now I am waiting for a decision to be made on that application. Meanwhile I am affraid that my nomination is going to expire in 20 days from now. I have not done any medical checkups and police clearance. I know I should have gone through every page of my AINP nomination but I was busy everyday to fight to stay in canada everyday.

Can someone please tell me if I can still send my application to Bufflo without medical and police clearance??? and send police clearance and medical later when i get them???

I am an Indian and never travelled abroad except canada, Do I need police clearance from India and Canada both?
Where can I find information on how to get police clearance from both of the places?? I know I should research myself but trust me I am really scared and therefore looking for help from you guys.

Also one of my friend told me that India processes AINP PR in just 6 months.....Can I send my application to India instead of Bufflo???

Please help

You you been never be any country other than India, then it will fast-track your things. Immediately initiate PCC with VFS Canada. It take 2/3 weeks to reach you the PCC after they got your application. Call the vfs helpline who take care of indian consulate service at Canada and ask for any emergency service if possible.

Hi
As Sunnyray90 posted initiate the PCC and Medicals.
Submit the PCC request to the Indian Embassy and also to the Canadaian consulate (I am sure you may need to get but let some seniors confirm).
Also do Medicals.
Enclose the receipt (as proof) for both PCC and Medicals along with your application (may be on the last day, if you do not get the results by then).
It is better to apply than to forego...

Have you considered using a representative, since you have not much time to do it? They will do a lot of the paper work for you. But if money is a problem, then you should start filling all the forms right away and then send the application to the consulate. Either way you not be able to get your police clearance before your deadline. You can send in your application before the deadline and send the PCC when requested. So act now.

Good luck.

in your case you dont need medical right now but need PCC since you dont have any option so please forward your application quickly by courier it has to be received by buffalo before nomination is  expired. and surely they will not review your file right away it will take 1 month to 4 months to open your file!! mean time you can forward your PCC with explained letter and your personnel deatail. as for as my knowledge this only your option, make sure dont sent through ordinary post or express post it will take 1 week some time 2 week also.send through FEDEX only it will reach with in 2 days.
