How do you know application received by information? Because I sent through USPS and I did not receive acknowledgement yet. Though I have setup return receipt thing.

Many of us use Fedex or UPS, and we confirm the delivery of our applications with their "tracking system" or "proof of delivery." Hello All,
How do you know application received by information? Because I sent through USPS and I did not receive acknowledgement yet. Though I have setup return receipt thing.

Yes. the current time is 4 months which is sometime in September. We are all waiting for the file numbers to come :)
