AINP SEATTLE

hy all
this is ksheikh.i am working here in edmonton as a registered nurse.my employer sponser me for AINP.i applied for landed immigration on feb 2010 in buffalo..i got a medical call in july 2010. in november 2010 buffalo transferred my file to seattle stating that in order to expedite ur process we transfer file to seattle. seattle asked me secondry id issued by the government of pakistan .i provided every thing on time..a week ago i checked my status and it is showing as with drawlin bracket it says( a decision has been made on your file the office will contact u regarding the decision.... i emailed several times to seattle to iquire about the with drawl status they never replied me.they said a leeter is sent to you.i was expecting an email for the passport..what do u guys suggest what shall i do in this situation.. plz help
