hi guys, i would like to ask if what gonna happen once your application has been refuse or decline under AINP? my brother got his decline letter for AINP under semi skilled worker ( reason, because of work schedule ), what gonna happen after his application has be refuse? does he need to go back now to the philippines or he can still legaly stay here in canada and find some way to be a PR ?

can you please be more specific, what about work schedule? what's wrong with his schedule? if he still have a valid work permit he can stay.
