The AINP website has the following for the processing time:

Strategic Recruitment Stream for U.S. Visa Holders Processing time
Notification (pre-assessment)                                                    Up to four months
Candidate assessment                                                              Up to four months
Total AINP processing time                                                        Up to eight months

If you already got your filenumber, does it mean .. you can expect a nomination four months from the date you received your file number ??

Can anyone shed some light ??
