Hi June Applicants,

Iam new to this forum. Appreciate posting of check cashing by CIC for the month of June 2010.
I sent my application to CIC, buffalo on 06-15-2010. Cashiers Check not cleared yet.

Hi there...there are several April/May/June applicants waiting for their M.Os/checks/drafts to get cashed.
Seems like CIC goes on a hiatus of unspecified duration and then turns around and cashes these things en masse. So we are all waiting and we shall update the forum. My application was received by CIC on the 17th of June - mailed on the 15th.

Hello all, I am in a similar situation than some of you. Buffalo has my documents from June 21st (this date I received the confirmation that they got my documents). I am still without news and very ansious to receive news because my work permit will expire in the next february. Reading other post I realized that the process will be longer I expected, between 6 -10 months apparently . I will update any info as soon as i get something ,

All who submitted applications in May and June. Please post your applications status.  Checks are not cashed for most of the Applicants who sent applications in May and June.
It will help for all of us to track the status of applications and to know how cic is processing applications.

Hey y'all, I am in the Quebec selected skilled worker program, but we also apply to Buffalo for the permanent residence. I sent my application June 14th, it got there overnight and I have not heard anything from them yet. My money order has not yet been cashed as of yesterday and I'm starting my 8th week of waiting. Their website says 20 weeks to either get an AOR or your application back... that's no consolation for me, but there is little I can do. So ... I'm waiting. I'll update if I get any news. Good luck to all! Be patient - it's summer time, vacation time for the administration

The waiting time for Buffalo has also increases ( as per new processing times posted) now 30% cases are finalized in about 7 months to 80% cases in 11 months while New Delhi has reduced to 30% cases in 2 months to 80% in 5 months.

CIC applic. filed: June 15, 2010, received on June 17
Moneygram money order cashed: August 12, 2010.

Dear June Applicants,

My application was received by CIC on June 15th, 2010. My cashiers check was cashed on August 11th, 2010.

Got the check copy from wellsfargo bank, but when i checked the status online in CIC web site, with the number "B plus nine digits", which i found on back of the check, there is no status.

Any idea how long it takes to see the status.?

You wont see it for some time, may be when u r abt to recieve AOR and medicals. so just relax. I am waiting for my check to be cashed.
