AINP - How to prove AUNT relationship if no document exist

My wife has aunt in Alberta - Canadian Citizen for 15 years. We are from India living in US. My wife's mom is in India too. Her grandparents are no more. In those good old days nobody cared about keeping any documents/records and offcourse no birth certs in villages in those times. Now we coudnt find any document which proves that her mom and aunt are sisters?? Anybody please guide. Somebody told me DNA, now how to get some agency get her moms DNA from India, aunt's from Canada and then companre. Also, is this acceptable proof.

Also, any other easier way - some affidavits by aunt, mom, etc?

I think there is a specific performa where the relative can provide affidavit to prove that. Hire a good immigration Lawyer not CCIC consultant who just assist in filling forms.
