Its been 3 months that I sent my medical tests and am waiting eagerly for the PPR. Unfortunately, my agent is on leave since almost a month and I am not able to get in touch with him. My problem is that there might have been a notification from CIC but would have reached my agent's address.
The ecas remains stagnant at Application Received in Sep 2010 and I heard that it rarely updates.

Is there a way I can ensure that any notifications are not missed? Is there a helpline number on which I can enquire?

hai. i think you can send an e-mail to the visa office. better option try to contact your agent any way,,,the help line i believe it is very hard to get a person even if u wait loooooooooong time also.

You can check your status online on the cic website or send an email.
