AINP - H1B category

Hi Folks,

I submitted my medicals on April16,2011.

Couple of days back , I got a message to like this

" In order to expedite the processing of your application, your file has been sent to Canadian consulate General, Newyork".

along with this -- "Do not request the status of your file within ninety(90) days of the date of this letter. Please contact them for the status of the application".

So, what i Understood from this message is

My file transfered to Newyork . Is that correct?
To contact Newyork office.. Do we have any contact number to know the status info of my application.
I sent my medicals in April, I dont know do i need to submit any additional documents.
