Hi Seniors,

I recently applied for PR under AINP H1B category. But my friend asked me to look at this website notcanada.com/forum.htm and i was horrified by the stories. I just wanted your inputs before I start believing them and make decision.

Thanks in advance Smiley

You can decide that after they nominate you. So many things can change till then....unless you want to withdraw your application now!
And anyway, people on this forum can only help you hearsay, its not like we are in Canada  and can tell you what will be good n bad about it after you will immigrate.....

I would  like you to look from another angle

- this could be a website run by immigrant hater group.

- they could be talking abt ppl who come to canada with a non technical, non desired degree, middle aged, ppl with language issue

- u r a person who is already employed in US for past few years, u r a technical person, and canada's social and work environment is ditto US

Everywhere people are harrased and treated badly at some point of time or the other, sometimes maybe restaurants, DMV, office etc. Its up to you to decide for your own good. I have visited Calgary, AB and it was very good. Plenty of Indians were there. Do you think that ALL of them are suffering like this? Yes, people who come here without any exposure and either misguided or cheated (happens in US too).
