Hello,

I had to attach another sheet in order to provide my complete details in the Form Schedule 1.

I need to fill only Point# 11 (Personal History) in my attached sheet - But I want to know what do I need to fill for point # 10,12 & 13 in the attached sheet as I have already filled these details in my first sheet.

Please let me know if my question makes sense. I tried to put it as clear as possible :)

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

It seems like you attached another copy of the form. You may leave the rest of the questions blank. It might be confusing though when they see 2 pages of the same form. When I needed more space for both employment history and residence history, I typed it on a blank paper and attached it to the form.

Sriram,

Just so you know, AINP change the Occupations list. You might want to check on this before applying.

Hmm...

The 217x series of occupations seem to be no longer under pressure!

That was my occupation too (2174) and I am thanking my stars that I acted fast and well in time. I owe a big thank you to this forum which addresses my questions/concerns immediately.
