hi to all
my name is gaurav. i'm from punjab india.
my time line for AINP Family stream :
applied on 29 sept 2008
file no received 24th april 2009
after that nothing happens no updates no news.
is there any one who applied on same month as i do and got nomination
if yes pls share information.

then asked for additional doc in march 2010.
nomination recvd 24 may 2010.
med recvd 10 july. done 15 july.
doc send to cic 19 july and still waiting

my timeline is almost same as yours.
oct 2008- application submitted
may 2009- file# received
letter says that within 12 months from the date of their letter, a decision will be made. therefore, i should wait until may 5, 2010.

hi gparmar my application is an year behind yours...... i have got no response as of yet not even the file no... I think you should get some good news by first quarter of next year as earlier ainp timelines was 12months after you get your file no. all the best |

you said your application is a year behind gaurav's application (sep 2008), what stream did you apply for? i was made to understand that AINP-FS was introduced last June 19, 2008?
nevertheless, i wish that you will have your file# (or certification) very soon!!!

Thanks for your wishes. I applied in Family stream sept 2009. Ainp fs was introduced in june 2008, you are right. |

may 6 2009- letter with file# received, and additional docs requested to be submitted within 90days.
june 2009 - additonal docs submitted

as of jan 12, 2010 - "waiting mode"
'just hope AINP finds them satisfying =)
However, on top of it all I entrust everything to God.

Hi,My name is Billy and I am from China.I submitted my application in April 2009 and received File Number in February 2010 asking for some additional documents. I submitted the additional documents to AINP in March 2010 and now I am waiting to be nominated.
Can someone tell me how long I should wait for to be nominated? Thanks a lot!

i applied for AINP November or October 2009 i forgot but I received a letter from AINP March 2010 that they have received my documents but i was not asked for any more documents. If they didn't ask for any further documents, then you do not need to submit any documents. The other documents that may have been asked were probably asked because there were gaps in the file requiring clarification. If they need further information, they will ask.

That's just a confirmation letter to tell you that they have received your application. If AINP needs more documents they will let you know. |

Hi Guys,
Some good news for you. The AINP office has sent several nominees' letters for the september applicants.
I am one of them.
My timeline:
September 2008: Application sent in
April 2009: File number received.
Feb 2010: Additional Documents requested.
March 2010: Nomination Letter arrived.
So the ball starts rolling now. Good luck to all of you.
