Hello

I am a C-50 Bill prejune applicant in 4131. I am a Chemical Engineer and got a 4 years B.Engineering degree in 2001.
I have been a lecturer of Science, and Engineering Mathematics in the College from September 2002 until September 2009.
Now I am in Finland, a full time student doing a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering Management. So, no work exp. since 2009.

Anyway, I have just seen that in Alberta Provincial Nomination, if you are an Engineer, and Chemical Engineer is listed there as 2134, then you can apply for the program without a job offer. The question is, do I qualify? I am more of an academic Engineer and not an Industrial Engineer and my experience is to teach Scientists and Engineers. Now, am I eligible to apply in my case.

If so, what is the processing time. I hope less than the FSW1.

Am I eligible to have my qualifications assessed from "Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA)" and will this benefit my application at all?

Regards
