Seeking advice for family relocation to Canada

Hello everyone,
We are a Bermudian family of four looking to relocate to Canada. My parents are 70 and 62 years old and on Government pensions(worth about $6000 canadian monthly), both are still working (my father as a business owner, my mother as a senior Administrative Assistant). I was employed as a Bermuda Customs Officer for 7 years untill last year, have been in England since studying Computer A+ Technician course and European Computer Driver's License(maybe some irrelevant info). My sister is 24 and about to start a Beauty therapy course in Toronto come this September.
Moving on, we have the finances to support a move to Canada. Both my parents and I are interested in purchasing property in Canada if successful at immigration. Assuming all our health and criminal checks are ok, how realistic are our chances at relocation? A few questions:
1) Does my parents age work against them? They'd be looking to retire in Canada and live off their pensions.
2) If I show adequate funds for relocation, do I (or my sister) need prearranged employment?
3) Does buying property in Canada increase one's chances of immigration?
4) Can you apply to more than one province? Are you obligated to remain in that province, or can you branch out to other regions?
5) Can my parents apply for the PNP, and my sister and I 'piggyback' off them? How does that work?
6) My father's sister is a Canadian citizen( though not in a position to sponsor), and living in Toronto. Does this have any benefit to us?
7) What is the best category for us to apply under? PNP? Canadian Experience? Other?
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and would greatly appreciate any feedback.

Hope this will give some fuel to your thoughts
1) Does my parents age work against them? They'd be looking to retire in Canada and live off their pensions.
Check the point system are you or your parents able to secure 67 marks
2) If I show adequate funds for relocation, do I (or my sister) need prearranged employment?
Fund is one of the requirement, you need to fit in one for the category either nomination from some province or FSW or family sponsor
3) Does buying property in Canada increase one's chances of immigration?
If you real enough money ( @ 1500,000 CAD, you can apply under Business Category, check the CIC website for more information)
4) Can you apply to more than one province? Are you obligated to remain in that province, or can you branch out to other regions?
Yes, but at the end when it comes to actual processing at Visa office you need to stick to one and should withdraw your application from other regions
5) Can my parents apply for the PNP, and my sister and I 'piggyback' off them? How does that work?
doubt not sure, let some seniors share their ideas on this
6) My father's sister is a Canadian citizen( though not in a position to sponsor), and living in Toronto. Does this have any benefit to us?
If not in position to sponsor then no benefit
7) What is the best category for us to apply under? PNP? Canadian Experience? Other?
Depends - if you or ur sister is skilled in occupation which is mentioned under NOC list then may be you can give a try
Good Luck

Thanks PV. I have some qualifications in computer IT but nothing that a Canadian employer would go out of their way to hire over a Canandian. My qualifications are probably at the Higher National Diploma level, I have the funds to relocate, and clean health and criminal record. My family is really looking to move because we want a fresh experience in a new country. My parents just want to retire in Canada, my sister and I are looking to branch out and experience something new.
