Just want to break the ice guys...got receipt number today.
My timeline:
Documents sent for pre-assessment:15 Dec 2008
Confirmation :16 Dec 2008
Received PNP Invitation:17 Jan 2009
Application Sent:20 Jan 2009
App received(delivered by Fedex):22 Jan 2009
File Number received: 19 Mar 2009
I very much appreciate everone's effort in sharing their thoughts and ideas...will keep you posted for any new development.

If You get your # that mean you have 9 months to get something form them if not - after 9 months You can call them and ask about Your application. - This is words form AINP - they told me that when I called them.
So we Have to be patient. :o)
You mean 9 months for nomination to come after one receive the file number? Thts toooooooo much. we applied for AINP bcoz we were tired of long process of GC here. I think AINP is also going in same direction now |

ITA received: 20 Jan 2009

File number received: 19 March 2009.

Just be patient! and keep checking ur junk email folder (it was delivered there, not to the hotmail inbox)
