Where are all the "OLD PROCESS"  Preassement candidates gone? we need to know your status.

Oct28 "08  sent my pre-assessment
Oct28 "08  confirmation that they received pre-assessment
Nov24 "08  Received invitation to apply for the Alberta immigrant nominee program
May 8  "09 Sent my application for AINP
Aug 28 "09 received my candidate file number  ::::last 4 ### 1769
Dec 2 "09  AINP is asking for my paystubs,797..etc..
Dec 4 "09 sent my response to them.

I Have a quick questions if i might.... Do i still belong to the old processing ? Because On my timeline i applied last october28 of 09 then, february2009 i transfered to another company in which i was hired as a Director of IT, i am really confused do i still belong to the old process? Thank you

You belong to the old process and your application for AINP was received in May so you need to be on H1 status until you get the nomination. hope this answers your question.
