Lawyers are not dudes. They may be nudes but never dudes.
They are very smart to thrust into your pocket and take all you have there.
They are greedy.
however, some time we have to relie on the clear some junk records that should not appear in your history.

One of my friend applied with preassessment he had a delivery confirmation of Feb 10th
He received his file number yesterday # 11XX
In the email they mentioned that AINP recieved his application on March 9th instead of Feb 10th or 12th

This is similar to Engg.' case ....

my friend was relaxed thinking that his file reached there before Feb 19th but now with this he is worried coz his job situation is not good

I do not know if he sent his file to Jasper or somewhere else ...........

And Yes wiating time him is also like 8 months ...........

I dont know why they are treating people who apllied under the old process the same way as people applied under the new process. we should get our nominees within 4 months as they stated when we sent our application.

don't confuse the date written on the mail , its the day they generated your file number and not when it reached. They are keeping track of application which reached before and after 19th.

That is why I said that the AINP office is not worthy of any credit.
If the governor eats his words, how can his people follow? They will be confused and lose their directions.
That is why the law is very constant without changing every day. Even there is the condition some rules should be changed, it is usually not back-dated.
However, the AINP just did and does this.
that is why it is hard for us to expect, to plan for the immigration.
my two million dollars advice for AINP office.
Learn how to gain the credits from the people who they have authority over.

Can anyone share which AINP office was processing the file Jasper Avenue or commerce place?

It should be there in the email from pnp office that had file number in it.

Mine is Jasper...looks like all preassessment cases went to jasper ave.

Is there ANYONE who got file number from commerce place ?

I guess they have given the Jasper Ave address when it was a pilot scheme, and when they opened the stream they changed it to a new address to handle more volumes.. But the processing might happen from same place.
