There are many but if you are graduated in a filed which is not in computer then you will receive a query from USCIS for sure.
Myself and few of my friends are from Manufacturing background applied for H1B tranfer through a Reddy and got an query ...

Even for computer major's there are sending query ... asking for bunch of documents ... client info ,contract with the client..work order ...all the contract your reddy has with other clients ... how many H1B employee your reddy has currently , tax documents , and bunch of other documents

by doing the H1b transfer ,you will buy little more time before they send you an query ....

Honestly, I will get laid-off and intended to transfer my H1B to IT company.
Because I don't wanna go back to my home country..or change my status to Tourist/ student.
