yofeihong,

I screwed something else up...so dunno where my packet is ...

Since you are insisting I will have to wait until april 9.......... otherwise I would have used my influence to track down M Fluery and my packet .

I'm trusting your mathematics :D. You should use probability as well.

If you don't get through this..I recommend go for FSW as soon as possible.By the time you leave US you will
have ur PR with you or may in another 3-4 months you would get it.

feel sorry for you felix. what is your contingency plan? all you need to do is try and hang around till you get your AINP nomination.

If you get ainp by 2010 and apply with CIC before 2010, then you can transfer the file from buffalo to home country. Maybe it will delay the overall timing but still it is something...

you are right guys,

its just that I thought I'll get nomination before May and get medicals in August and passport request in October.

I also have a passport issue and that story is too complicated to explain, perhaps better left for another day, and thats why it was important for me to get into CIC queue and passport request by October
:(
Anyways, AINP slowdown means I may not get nomination before August and in that case I will process CIC through my home country.
