did they ask your employer? that gonna be a bad practice from them since they know that H1b sponsors make money from us. i hope they wont ask my employer otherwise i will be fired for sure :D good luck guys HI everyone!
Today I recived a AINP Nomination so I going to next step prepare the documents to PR wish me luck!
my time line is (employer driven steam):
I sent documents to AINP Begin of December. They ask me and my employer for additional documents on January and they recived last one on the end of february. I recieved F# on begin of February and today I recieved a Nomination.
My advice DO NOT CALL THEM can increase Your process BE PATIENT.

congrats on receiving the file Number.
I have not recd file number till now waiting for something to happen.
1) I have one question how did u arrange proof of funds. Please guide me.
2) After receiving nomination within how many months we need to apply to CIC?

2. probably is different for every application my is about 5 months (exp. date will be on letter when You get a Nomination)

I am pretty sure you will get something this Thursday or Friday. Yesterday was 6 weeks since they got my application (old process). I still have 2 more weeks to wait till it comes to 2 full months. Hopefully, I'll hear from AINP before then.

If your employer is "illegally" making money out of you, you ought to fire your employer :) |

If your employer is "illegally" making money out of you, you ought to fire your employer :) There is nothing illegal. Our employers charge from our clients $x and pay us $y, with the balance retained by them for their costs. Normal process. Otherwise how can they sustain? |

Man my APPLICATION with pre-assessment APPROVED reached(tracked by fedex) there on 27thJAN.
I have no clue where it is now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have no communication at all from them after that.
May be someone used the papers to clean the desk or do some rough work on the back and threw it in trash or may be my packet slipped somewhere like behind the couch or something....no end to may beeeesss.........
What else could it be ???????????????????

where did you guys affix green sticker?
I pasted it per their instructions on an outside of an application packet. Then I put the packet in a fedex envelope and Fedexed the whole thing to Edmonton.
Do you think, that is the problem?
I read somewhere in the forum some people pasted the green sticker on Fedex envelope itself.
I am even more worried now...
you'd better send them an e-mail or call them with this information and ask if that would be any problem. |
